It is where we spend our entire lives
The German philosopher Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel was inspired by Chinese philosophy and the concepts of Yin and Yang. In Hegelian dialectic, change is described as a process consisting of various stages; each stage a harmonious whole of opposing forces of previous stages.
Hegelian dialectic has been popularized as a three-step process of thesis, antithesis and synthesis. A thesis that gives rise to its reaction, an antithesis, which contradicts or negates the thesis. The tension between the two being resolved by means of a synthesis.
We use dialectics as a means to reflect upon change and innovation to create excellent new products and services for our clients. In particular we focus on the dialectic between product and process. Product directed activities include Analysis, Design and Realization of new products and services. Process directed activities include Evaluation, Planning and Regulation of the development processes.
