Debian package

Hello, I am interested in doing some work to get a package of Libzdb (such as the one here [1], prepared by Paul J Stevens) into Debian.

Paul, you currently own the ITP [2] for a Libzdb package in Debian, would you like me to try to upload a package?

Libzdb authors, if I try to get a Libzdb package into Debian, are you in favor of that?

I run DBMail on Debian and I think there is interest in once again making it available from the Debian repositories, which is why I'm interested in doing some work to upload Libzdb.
