I have a request for a bit particular: Can I have libzdb.dylib already compiled for use in a xcode project (iphone or iPad prj) to connect to an Oracle DB and then execute a Select command. Sorry for the strange request but I have no familiarity with compilers. Thanks for everything. (If needed I can pay the bother)
Or can you tell me where and how I can buy it.

To access an Oracle database, Libzdb requires the Oracle Instant Client library [1]. Unfortunately there does not seem to be an Instant Client library for iOS and the ARM CPU (used by iPhone).
The best option to access an Oracle Database from iPhone is to setup an intermediate web-service server between your iPhone and the Oracle database.
