We have just released M/Monit 3.1.2. The new release can be downloaded from:

If you still are using M/Monit 2.4, please consider upgrading to this version. It is free and easy. This release include a new upgrade program which can be used to upgrade your old M/Monit version to the newest.

This is a minor feature and bug fix release and changes in this release are:

New: Better support for running M/Monit behind a proxy server. Hostname and port number in URLs can now be set to match the proxy server. For details, see the chapter in the M/Monit manual about running M/Monit behind a proxy.

Fixed: In case of session timeout. Reload and show the login page instead of displaying the login page as text in an error popup.

Fixed: Allow special char in Monit Username and Password.

Fixed: performance improvements in Alert Admin.

Fixed: stop name editing mode if clicked outside in Hostgroups Admin.
